Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
- CatchMeOn lets people tell their followers when and where they are working. That's all it is for.
- Be respectful. No harassment, no stalking, no soliciting anything illegal, no pretending to be someone else.
- Followers are free. Senders can use a free plan or pay for more text alerts, and can cancel anytime.
- We can't promise anyone will show up, or that every message arrives.
These terms are an agreement between you and CatchMeOn LLC ("CatchMeOn", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company, for your use of catchmeon.app and our alerts by text message and email (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use CatchMeOn
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you use CatchMeOn for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.
2. Your account
You sign in with a mobile number or email and a one-time code. Keep access to that number or email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@catchmeon.app if you think someone else has used it.
3. What the Service is for
Senders post announcements about where and when they are working. Followers choose to receive those announcements. Announcements are about availability at real places and times. CatchMeOn is not a dating, booking, messaging, or marketplace service, and it does not arrange private meetings.
4. Rules for everyone
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone, or use the Service to find or follow someone against their wishes.
- Offer, request, or promote anything illegal, including sexual services or anything in exchange for money outside of a lawful venue's normal business.
- Put phone numbers, emails, social handles, or links in announcement notes, or otherwise try to get around the Service's privacy protections.
- Pretend to be another person or business, or post announcements for places you don't actually work.
- Upload lists of other people's phone numbers or emails, or sign anyone up without their permission.
- Send spam, interfere with the Service, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
5. Senders
- You are responsible for your announcements and for having permission to promote the places you post about.
- Your followers' phone numbers and emails are never shown to you, and you may not try to obtain them through the Service.
- You control who follows you: you can approve requests, suspend, or block followers at any time, and they are not told.
- Private notes you write about followers are for your own use only.
6. Followers
- You choose who to follow and how to be told: by text, by email, or in the app only. You can change this or unfollow anytime.
- A sender may approve, suspend, or block you at their discretion.
7. Text messages
If you choose text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from CatchMeOn about the senders you follow, and sign-in codes when you request them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies: up to two roundups a day at times you choose, plus up to three alerts a day from senders you choose to hear from right away or when they post too late for a roundup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Plans and payment
- Following people is always free. Senders can use the Free plan or a paid plan, as described on our plans page.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
- Free trials, where offered, end automatically, and you will be reminded before any charge.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give CatchMeOn permission to store, display, and deliver it as needed to run the Service. You can delete your content at any time; announcements are removed automatically when they end.
10. Our service
We work hard to keep CatchMeOn running and delivering, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that every alert will be delivered or on time, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any follower will attend or any sender will be working. Announcements are posted by users, and we don't verify them.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, CatchMeOn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content or your breaking these terms.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 9 through 12 and 14) continue after your account ends.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@catchmeon.app so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Changes
If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
