Unlimited followers on every plan. You only pay for texts.

App and email alerts are always unlimited. Plans differ by how many text alerts you can send each month. If you run out, alerts switch to email and the app, so nobody misses you.

Paid plans start with 30 days free, no card needed. Need more texts? Add 1,000 for $20, or send texts only to the lists you choose and let everyone else see you in the app. Prices in USD.

Does it pay for itself?

One regular covers it.

what Pro pays back, at a month. Your numbers will vary.

Questions

Simple on purpose.

Do my followers need to download an app?
No. They scan your card, enter a phone number or email, and type a code. Alerts arrive as a text or an email. If they want, they can add your page to their home screen, but they never have to.
How do followers sign up?
With a mobile number (for texts) or an email (for emails or a quiet list). Continue with Apple or Google is a one-tap shortcut, and Apple's Hide My Email keeps even their address private.
Can followers use Instagram or Facebook to sign up?
No, on purpose. A social login would tie your audience to personal social accounts, which is exactly what this exists to avoid. Share your link on social as much as you like. People who tap it follow you by phone or email.
What do I need to set up as a sender?
An email or mobile number, a name people know you by, and what you do. About two minutes. No real name, no address, no social accounts, and no card unless you upgrade.
Will followers ever see my number?
Never. Every alert comes from CatchMeOn, not from you, and followers have no way to reach you directly.
Can I see my followers' numbers?
No. You see the name they chose to give, if any, plus how, when and where they joined (like "VIP code, Fri 9:42 PM, Velvet"). You can add a private note only you see. Never a number or email.
What if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Remove them. They're never told, they stop getting your announcements, and they can't follow again with the same number or email. You can also report them to our safety team.
How does someone get on my VIP list?
In person. On your card screen, pick a list (VIPs, Regulars, Big tippers) and your phone shows a code. They scan it or type it. Each code works once and expires after two minutes. You never see their number; they can give a name or not, and you can add a private note.
Can people search for me?
No. There is no search. Only people who follow you hear from you, and only when you post. Your page never shows strangers when or where you work.
Is my location tracked?
No. When you post, you pick a place, or a food truck drops a pin. Your phone's location is read once, only if you tap Use my location. We never show when you leave. Food trucks can choose to show their hours.
What happens when I run out of texts?
Your alerts keep going out by email and in the app, and we offer you a top-up. Followers never miss a post because you hit a limit.
Can I post without sending any alerts?
Yes. Choose Just the app when you post. Your followers see it in Who's on and nothing is sent to their phones. Strangers never see it.
What do followers see when I haven't posted?
Nothing about you. Your announcement shows only for the time you set, then disappears, with no history and no "last seen." Followers just open the app to see who has posted.
Do I have to post every shift?
No. Post when you want people there. Regular nights can post for you, and a reminder text lets you reply 1 to share, 2 to skip, or 3 to snooze.
I work at more than one place. Does that work?
Yes. Save every place you work and pick one when you post. Pro and Business have unlimited places.
Who is it for?
Anyone whose customers follow the person, not the business, and whose schedule changes: bartenders, servers, food trucks, DJs and bands, stylists, barbers, tattoo artists, performers, trainers.
What do followers pay?
Nothing, ever.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in two taps. You drop to Free and keep every follower.
